Delays caused by a client's failure to provide information, feedback, approvals, or access may result in revised delivery timelines.
4. Project Approval, Revisions & Refunds
All creative services provided by ALM involve professional judgement, creative interpretation, and subjective design decisions.
Each project includes one round of reasonable revisions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revisions or changes beyond the included revision round may incur additional fees.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
Once work has commenced, content has been captured, strategy has been developed, creative work has been undertaken, or deliverables have been produced, fees become non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Work already completed or undertaken
Time allocated to a project
Content creation, photography, videography, editing, design, strategy, or consultancy work already performed
Delays caused by the client
Changes in business circumstances
Differences in personal preference, creative opinion, or artistic direction
By engaging ALM's services, clients acknowledge that creative services are subjective in nature and that dissatisfaction based solely on creative preference does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Where concerns arise, ALM will make reasonable efforts to address them through the agreed revision process.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.
ALM reserves the right to pause, delay, or withhold services and deliverables where payment is overdue.
Ownership and usage rights for deliverables may remain with ALM until full payment has been received.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ALM retains ownership of all concepts, strategies, drafts, templates, processes, and working files created during a project.
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use approved final deliverables for their intended business purposes.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of ALM's work without written permission.
ALM reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, social media channels, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
